What to bring

Preparing for your appointment.

What You Need to Bring
We need to see, test and weigh your items before making an accurate offer. No two pieces are the same.
You should bring a valid South African ID document, Smart ID card or valid driver's licence. A valid passport may be required for foreign nationals.
POA means Proof of Address. Depending on the transaction and applicable compliance requirements, we may require a recent document confirming your residential address.
Acceptable documents can vary. Examples may include a recent municipal account, utility bill, bank statement, or other recognised document showing your name and residential address.
Yes. Please bring valid identification with you to your appointment.
Not necessarily. Bring any documentation you have, but don't assume that you cannot sell an item simply because you don't have the original receipt.
Inherited or estate jewellery can be assessed. Bring the items and your identification, and let our team explain what documentation may be required for the particular transaction.
This may depend on the circumstances and the documentation available. Contact us beforehand if the jewellery belongs to another person.
Please contact us before your appointment so we can explain what identification and supporting documentation may be required.
